About Us
Shingobee Real Estate Company is the development and brokerage division of Shingobee Builders, Inc., located in Loretto, Minnesota.
Established in 1980, Shingobee Builders began as a general contractor, but soon recognized the need for real estate capabilities, to help our clients who were in need of a full range of real estate and construction services to help them achieve their goals. We will coordinate the entire process - from identifying the land to completion of construction - or provide selected services as needed.
